MOQ at YLD HOME starts at 100 units per model for most kitchen appliance ranges, 500 units on selected hand blender platforms, and 1,000 units where custom tooling, logo and packaging are required. Mixed models can be combined into one container to reach volume pricing.

Can we mix different models in one order?

Yes. YLD HOME loads mixed containers covering blenders, mixers, kettles, toasters, air fryers and grinders. Send the model list and carton quantities and YLD will build a container plan that maximises loading before quoting.

How do I get a quotation?

Send your market, model interest, target volume and branding requirements through the quote form. YLD HOME replies within one working day with FOB Shenzhen pricing, and can quote CIF or DDP once the destination port is confirmed.

Do you sell to trading companies as well as importers?

YLD HOME supplies importers, distributors, retail chains and trading companies. Pricing and lead times are the same for all buyers; only the documentation and branding requirements differ.

Can you supply under our own model numbers?

Yes. YLD HOME produces under your model numbering, with your rating label, manual and carton artwork, so the goods arrive ready for your market without relabelling.

Can we order samples before a bulk order?

YLD HOME ships samples in 5 to 7 days and refunds the sample cost once a volume order is placed against the same model. Sample requests are handled through the quote form.

How long does a new tooling or ODM project take?

A new mould typically takes 30 to 45 days from drawing approval, followed by first article samples for your sign-off. YLD HOME's in-house mould and CNC workshop keeps revisions inside the factory.

Can samples be branded with our logo?

Yes. YLD HOME can print your logo on samples where the artwork is supplied; for pre-production samples the rating label and gift box can be produced to your design as well.

Do you charge for samples?

Samples are charged at unit cost plus courier, and YLD HOME refunds the sample cost against the first container order for the same model.

Can you match a competitor sample we send you?

YLD HOME evaluates competitor samples for performance, materials and cost, then proposes either a matched specification or an improved platform, with the differences documented before quotation.

What can be customised?

YLD HOME customises colour, logo, rating label, manual, gift box and carton. Functional changes such as wattage, speed settings, jar material and accessories are possible on ODM programmes with tooling.

Do you offer OEM and ODM?

Yes. OEM and ODM programmes are open from the first order at YLD HOME, covering tooling, electronics, packaging artwork and manual translation, and the goods are produced under your brand.

Can you develop a completely new product?

YLD HOME's engineering team develops new platforms from a brief or a competitor benchmark, covering tooling, electronics, packaging and life testing before mass production is released.

How many colours can we order?

Standard colours can be mixed on one container. Custom colours require a minimum run per colour, which YLD HOME confirms once the mould and paint specification are fixed.

Can you produce private label packaging?

Yes. YLD HOME prints private label gift boxes and cartons, and can produce retail-ready packaging with barcodes, warning text and language variants for your market.

Which certifications do you provide?

YLD HOME issues CE, CB, EMC, LVD, REACH and RoHS documentation for the EU, UKCA for the UK, and ETL and FCC for North America, model by model rather than per shipment.

Are test reports issued per model?

Yes. YLD HOME issues test reports and certificate numbers per model, so a buyer can file them against a specific SKU instead of waiting for a shipment to arrive.

Do you support destination-market labelling?

YLD HOME prints rating labels and warning text to the requirements of the destination market, including language variants and importer details.

Can you handle food-contact documentation?

Food-contact declarations for parts touching food, such as blender shafts, jugs and bowls, are available from YLD HOME on request for the models you are evaluating.

How is quality controlled during production?

YLD HOME runs IQC on incoming parts, IPQC on the line and OQC before packing, with a 100 percent function test plus high-pot and earth continuity checks on finished appliances.

Can we appoint a third-party inspection?

Yes. Third-party inspection such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek can be arranged at the factory before loading, and YLD HOME will provide the samples and documents the inspector requests.

What happens if a batch fails inspection?

YLD HOME reworks or replaces the affected units before loading, and the corrective action is documented so the same fault does not repeat on the next run.

Do you keep spare parts in stock?

Beaters, dough hooks, blades, jars, seals and motors for current models are held in YLD HOME stock and can be added to any later shipment without a new tooling run.

Can we see the production line before ordering?

Yes. YLD HOME welcomes buyer visits to the Shenzhen workshop and can arrange a live video tour of the production lines, injection workshop and QC lab before you commit to a container.

How is the product packed?

YLD HOME packs to a gift box and master carton specification agreed with the buyer, with carton dimensions, gross weight and container loading quantities confirmed before production starts.

How many units fit in a container?

Loading quantities vary by model and carton size. YLD HOME issues a container plan per model showing 20GP, 40GP and 40HQ quantities, and can mix models to fill the container.

Which trade terms do you quote?

YLD HOME quotes FOB Shenzhen as standard and can quote CIF or DDP once the destination port and volume are confirmed.

How long does production take?

Production runs 25 to 35 days after YLD HOME receives the deposit and signed artwork, with the shipping schedule confirmed at order stage.

Can you ship to Amazon or a third-party warehouse?

Yes. YLD HOME ships to Amazon FBA and third-party warehouses, and can prepare carton labels and pallet configurations to the warehouse requirements.

What payment terms do you offer?

YLD HOME works on a deposit at order confirmation with the balance against shipping documents. T/T is standard, and alternative terms can be reviewed for repeat buyers.

Are prices fixed for the season?

Quotations are held for the agreed validity period stated on the offer, and YLD HOME reviews material costs before each repeat order so pricing stays transparent.

Do prices include certification and testing?

Certification and testing costs are quoted per model by YLD HOME and shown separately on the offer, so buyers can see the difference between unit cost and compliance cost.

Can you support distributor pricing tiers?

Yes. YLD HOME agrees tiered pricing for distributors based on annual volume, with territory and launch support discussed before the first container.

How do you handle exchange-rate or material movements?

Material movements are reviewed before each order and any change is confirmed in writing. YLD HOME does not apply retrospective surcharges to a confirmed order.

What warranty applies?

YLD HOME provides a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects on all appliances, covering the motor, switch assembly and electronics.

How are warranty claims handled?

Warranty claims are registered with the model number, fault description and order reference, and YLD HOME credits or replaces the affected units in a later shipment.

Do you provide spare parts after warranty?

Spare parts remain available after the warranty period, and YLD HOME keeps the tooling for current models so parts can be produced on request.

Can you help with technical questions after delivery?

Yes. YLD HOME's engineering team answers technical questions on assembly, usage and fault diagnosis for buyers and their service partners.

What is the process if a model is discontinued?

If a platform is discontinued, YLD HOME notifies buyers, supplies spare parts for the remaining service period and proposes a replacement model with a like-for-like specification.

Can we visit the YLD HOME factory in person?

Yes. YLD HOME welcomes buyer visits to the Shenzhen workshop. Send your travel dates through the quote form and YLD will arrange an agenda covering the production lines, injection workshop, quality control lab, samples and a technical meeting.

What can we see during a live video tour?

A live video tour covers the mass production lines, assembly cells, quality control lab and finished goods warehouse. YLD can also show the specific model you are evaluating while it runs, on request.

How large is the factory and how many lines does it run?

The YLD HOME workshop covers 15,000 m² and runs 5 production lines with 62 machines and around 300 staff, including in-house mould, injection, electronics and testing teams.

Are third-party audits accepted?

Yes. YLD HOME supports BSCI, Sedex and buyer-appointed audits, and can share previous audit reports and test documentation for the models you are considering.

Can you produce our own model under our brand?

OEM and ODM programmes are open from the first order. YLD handles tooling, electronics, packaging artwork and manual translation, and produces under your brand with your own model numbering.
