Walk the production floor
From raw material to container loading, every stage runs under one roof in Shenzhen — so tooling changes, colour runs and engineering questions are answered on site rather than through a trading desk.
Raw material warehouse
Incoming ABS, stainless steel and electronic components are checked against the bill of materials before release to the line.
Mould workshop
In-house mould maintenance and repair keep tooling running, so replacement parts and new colours do not wait on outside suppliers.
CNC machining
CNC centres cut and finish tooling and fixtures used across the blender, mixer and juicer platforms.
Injection workshop
62 machines across the site mould housings, jars, bowls and small parts in the colours and finishes buyers specify.
Electronic workshop
Motor assembly, wiring harnesses and control boards are built and tested in-house for 110V and 220-240V markets.
Assembly workshop
Five production lines assemble, seal and function-test finished appliances, with torque and leak checks at each station.
QA and QC test lab
IQC on incoming parts, IPQC on the line and OQC before packing: high-pot, earth continuity and full function testing.
R&D laboratory
Tooling, electronics and packaging engineers develop new platforms and run life tests before a model is released.
Loading and shipping
Finished goods are counted, palletised and loaded against a container plan agreed before shipment.

Can we visit the YLD HOME factory in person?
Yes. YLD HOME welcomes buyer visits to the Shenzhen workshop. Send your travel dates through the quote form and YLD will arrange an agenda covering the production lines, injection workshop, quality control lab, samples and a technical meeting.
What can we see during a live video tour?
A live video tour covers the mass production lines, assembly cells, quality control lab and finished goods warehouse. YLD can also show the specific model you are evaluating while it runs, on request.
How large is the factory and how many lines does it run?
The YLD HOME workshop covers 15,000 m² and runs 5 production lines with 62 machines and around 300 staff, including in-house mould, injection, electronics and testing teams.
Are third-party audits accepted?
Yes. YLD HOME supports BSCI, Sedex and buyer-appointed audits, and can share previous audit reports and test documentation for the models you are considering.
Can you produce our own model under our brand?
OEM and ODM programmes are open from the first order. YLD handles tooling, electronics, packaging artwork and manual translation, and produces under your brand with your own model numbering.
What is the minimum order for a factory-direct programme?
MOQ starts at 100 units per model for stock platforms, rising to 1,000 units where custom tooling, logo and packaging are required. YLD quotes FOB Shenzhen with CIF and DDP on request.
