Appearance Inspection

Appearance inspection is mainly based on visual inspection or random inspection of products with the help of inspection equipment such as tape measure and color difference meter.

Function test

The functional test is mainly based on actual operation or with the help of frequency converter, electric batch Inspection equipment such as fixtures and noise meters conduct random inspections of products.

Performance test

The functional test mainly relies on the current tester, resistance tester, voltage tester Inspection equipment such as testers and swing testing machines conduct random inspections of products.

Hand Blender Test

Stir test

Cut the medium-sized carrots into 15mm×15mm×15mm pieces, put them in a mixing cup, add water (carrot:water, weight ratio is 2:3, the total amount cannot exceed 2/3 of the maximum capacity), at the rated voltage Work under work for 1 minute, then stand for 1 minute, and then pour it onto the filter screen, the weight of the residue should be less than 10% of the total weight.

Ground meat test

Cut the pork to be processed (less than 50g, without tendons) into small pieces of about 40*40*10mm, put them in the meat grinder cup, and then work at high speed for 1 minute at the rated voltage. After the test, the diameter of the meat should be ≦ 5mm.

Blender Blade Performance

Blade riveting degree inspection: Use the electric batch of 20KG to jog 5 times on the special fixture, and the cross blade must not be loose or have gaps. The metal Rockwell hardness of the blade edge part should be: Stirring blade: HRC25-35. S knife: HRC20-50.

Coffee Maker Test

Visual inspection

The surface should be clean and intact, the color is correct and consistent, the powder is evenly sprayed, the surface is smooth, and there is no scratches, pinholes, scratches, dirt, or powder spraying.

Overflow test

After filling the water tank of the coffee pot with water, add 50% of the rated water to overflow in an unfavorable direction, and then touch the outside with a dry cloth to test the withstand voltage and leakage current. There should be no water leakage during the brewing process, no water phenomenon.

Dry Burn Test

Do not add water to the whole machine, apply the rated voltage for dry burning until the thermostat trips within 45 seconds, and the lower body should not have discoloration, cracks, etc.; plastic parts should not have melted glue, fire or smoke; withstand voltage should be normal .

Waffle Machine Test

Baking Pan Nonstick Coating Test

Pour the flour (prepared with cold water, flour, and sugar in a ratio of 3:2:1) evenly into the cooking pan and cover more than 80% of the total area of the cooking pan. Cool, remove batter and wash. Using a shovel and a rag, the dough can be peeled off in a large area, the cooking surface should not have a large area of adhesion, and the plate surface should not have obvious discoloration and can be cleaned.

Coating Hardness Test

Take a pencil with a hardness of 2H: sharpen or grind the pencil to a diameter of 0.8mm, hold the pencil in the direction of 45°, and push the coating with a force of 5-10N for a distance of 6.5mm once, the coating will not fade. It should be scratched by a 2H pencil to expose the metal or plastic substrate.

Mechanical strength test

UL Specifications: Using UL test steel balls, the test height for plastic parts is 19.8mm; the test height for metal parts is 39.6mm. After the test, the prototype meets the withstand voltage test without breakdown; UL test fingers cannot touch live parts.

Milk Frother Test

1.Add an appropriate amount (maximum 160ml) of milk at 8°C-12°C according to the scale in the cup, touch the heating and foaming milk function key once, the machine automatically controls the temperature to heat the milk to 65±10°C, when the milk temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, the machine stops Heating, working time≤120s;
2. After the function test, remove the cup lid assembly, extend the temperature probe to a position 1cm away from the bottom of the cup to test the milk temperature (milk temperature: 65±10℃), and then pour the milk and milk foam in the steel pot into the measuring cup together 20s after pouring, read the milk capacity and milk + milk foam capacity (total capacity) (total capacity – milk capacity) / total capacity ≥ 6:4).

Laminate Flooring Types

1. Add an appropriate amount (maximum 260ml) of milk at 8°C-12°C according to the scale in the cup, touch the heating milk function key once, the foaming ring in the cup starts to rotate intermittently to stir the milk, and the heating plate starts to heat after an interval of 2 seconds. 2. After the function test, remove the cup cover assembly, and extend the temperature probe to a position 1cm away from the bottom of the cup to test the milk temperature (milk temperature: 65±10℃).

Put the pan in boiling water of 100 degrees or oil at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, should not exceed the following temperature: 55 degrees for metal, 70 degrees for plastic, 89 degrees for wood, 66 degrees for ceramic glass glass.

Non-stick coating test

Heat an empty pan to 200 degrees and pour the dough into the pan without adding grease until the dough dries on it to see if it sticks to the pan. The times are: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes.

Thermal resistance test

Put the pan sample in the oven (oven temperature 150+/-5 degrees), let the oven temperature return to 150 degrees, start the timer, and the time is 1 hour. Take out the sample and let it cool to normal temperature in a dry place without any damage to the product.

Rice Cooker Test

Boil one pot each with the maximum and minimum amount of water. The maximum amount of water can be boiled for one hour, the temperature limit will not jump early, and the Xishi will not leak; the minimum amount of water can be boiled dry and the temperature limit will trip.
