Can i get a sample ?
We offer a variety of home appliance samples to give you the opportunity to find your perfect match. Before our formal cooperation, it’s a great choice to check our quality.
What certification do you have?
We have CE, rohs, emc certification for all of our products. If you’re looking for a safe product that meets the standards and is also environmentally friendly then we’d be happy to help!
What's the material of your products?
Usually, we use 304 stainless steel to make high quality home appliance. But you can also custom this according to your requriement.
What do you need for my custom project?
For your custom project, you need to send your 3d drawings to us.
Once the drawings are sent, we will start to work with you and provide you with a price estimate for your project. From there, when you accept our offer of service, we can get started on your custom design!
What's your MOQ?
Minimum order quantity is dependent on different kitchen appliances, but we offer a first-time 100 piece order for stock products. For custom items, the maq is 1000 pieces.
How to pay for my order or project?
We accept PayPal or credit card. For large orders, you can pay 30% up front and the other 70% once it has been delivered to your doorstep, or in some cases picked up by a freight company of your choice.
