Grade 304 stainless resists staining from berries, turmeric and citrus, and it does not hold odours between batches. YLD applies that grade on the shaft, blades and beaker for smoothie work.

Power runs at 1000W rated with 1600W available at peak. YLD sizes the motor so leafy greens, dates and frozen fruit all break down, and every unit is load tested before packing.

Dial settings run from sixteen speeds for slow folding through to full blending, plus a turbo key. YLD keeps that spread so one model suits smoothies, sauces and whipped cream for retail buyers.

Included with the motor is a 600ml stainless beaker with volume markings, so drinks can be measured, blended and poured from one vessel. YLD packs it in the same carton.

Supplied as standard are a whisk, milk frother, meat mincer, multi blade with remover, beaker and holder. YLD ships the full set as a single retail reference for importers building a compact appliance range.

Hardened stainless makes up the blade stack, and the assembly is replaceable. YLD keeps it as a spare part, so a well-used unit can be refreshed instead of being written off by the end user.

Release the shaft with a twist, then rinse it or spin the blades in soapy water for a few seconds. YLD recommends drying the shaft before storage to keep the finish looking new.

Handling hot soup and cold smoothies is both within scope, though YLD suggests medium speeds for hot liquid so splash stays inside the pot. The long shaft keeps steam off the motor vents.

Output is typical for a handheld motor of this class and rises with thick mixes. YLD publishes the measured sound level in the specification sheet for comparison, alongside motor and blade details.

Overheating is handled by a thermal cut-out that ends the run if the windings get hot, and YLD writes a run-and-rest guide into the manual. It suits intermittent kitchen use rather than continuous factory duty.

Orders start at 500 units per model with YLD. Colours and plug types can be mixed within that model, and several models can share one container to fill a loading plan.

Dispatch takes five to seven days from the YLD factory by express courier. Sample charges are refunded against the bulk order, and test units can be returned for inspection if required.

Bulk production runs 25-35 days from deposit and artwork approval at YLD. Orders placed before the autumn peak are scheduled earlier, and the confirmed date appears on the sales contract, with updates issued during the run.

Terms are simple at YLD: 30% deposit with the order and the balance against shipping documents. Letter of credit at sight is accepted for larger programmes. Payment structure is fixed in the proforma invoice.

Collection or delivery runs from FOB Shenzhen, with CIF and DDP priced once the destination is named. YLD can also release the booking to a buyer's own forwarder on request for collection at the port.

Your brand can go on the housing colour, logo, rating label, gift box and carton printing. YLD approves digital proofs before the line starts, and soft-touch or matte finishes are available.

Routes are open for both: OEM branding on the existing platform from the first order at YLD, and ODM work on new housing or attachments quoted after review. Tooling lead time is advised separately.

Documents released with each shipment cover CE, CB and RoHS for the EU, UKCA for the UK, and ETL with FCC for the US. YLD adds a food-contact statement for shaft, blades and beaker.

Packing runs at 8 sets per carton measuring 44 x 31.5 x 41.5 cm, giving about 3,800 sets in a 20GP and 8,000 in a 40GP. YLD supplies a loading plan for forwarders.
