Factory Audit Video: BSCI, ISO 9001 and Retailer Audits
This factory audit video answers the question a retail buyer asks before a first purchase order: which audits has the plant already passed? The film shows the amfori BSCI card, the ISO 9001 quality board, an automated cell, and the in-line inspection gates that an auditor walks on the first day.
What you see in this video
- amfori BSCI card on screen, the social compliance audit most EU retailers accept.
- Retail store front used as the audit-reference segment.
- Automated production cell behind glass with an operator outside the enclosure.
- New workshop hall with lines installed and floor marked for a second shift.
- Workers testing units at a bench, meters and jigs on the table.
- Glass kettles on the conveyor at the end of the line.
Why buyers ask for this footage
- BSCI is the audit that most EU retail compliance teams ask for first. Having the card on file shortens the supplier onboarding questionnaire considerably.
- The empty hall with lines already installed suggests capacity for a second shift, which is what a buyer needs to hear before committing to a January delivery.
- IQC, IPQC and OQC are named on screen as separate gates, which is how you should map your own inspection plan when you write the purchase order.

Questions buyers ask after watching
Which audit documents can you send before an order?
The amfori BSCI report, the ISO 9001 certificate, and the model test reports for the product you are quoting. Send the destination market in your request and the pack is matched to that market’s requirements rather than a generic set.
Will you pass my retailer’s own audit?
Retailer audits follow a similar structure to BSCI: social compliance, fire safety, wages and hours, chemical control and traceability. The gaps we usually close before an audit are records for working hours and the chemical store. Tell us the retailer and the audit date and we schedule the preparation.
Can the audit be done at the subsidiary workshops too?
The group runs more than one building, and audit scope has to name every site that touches your order. Confirm the production site in the quote so the audit scope matches the place your units are actually made.
Want this line quoted for your market?
Send the model, the market and the quantity. You get the FOB price band, carton data, the certificate list for that market and a sample date — from the factory that runs the line in the video.
