Kitchen Appliance Quality Control Video: In-Line Checks
This 59-second kitchen appliance quality control video is about the checks that sit inside the line rather than at the end of it: hairnet and gown stations, the ISO 9001 quality board on the wall, rice cooker and kettle bodies on the conveyor, and the electrical rig every unit passes before packing.
What you see in this video
- Framed certificates with a certification mark, shot as the quality record wall.
- Moulding and press operators working at machines, gloved hands on tooling.
- Assembly stations with hairnets and gowns, quality board visible above the bench.
- Rice cooker bodies moving along a conveyor between stations.
- Electrical test rig with red kettles connected and meters reading.
- Glass kettle bodies queued for inspection at the end of the line.
Why buyers ask for this footage
- The checkpoints are shown in line order, so you can see what is inspected where rather than hearing that ‘QC is strict’.
- The hairnet and gown stations confirm the food-contact area discipline that a retail audit looks for on the first walk-through.
- The electrical rig is fed from the conveyor, which means it is a full-unit gate, not a sample bench in a back room.

Questions buyers ask after watching
How many inspection points are there from part to carton?
Three levels: incoming inspection on parts, in-process checks at each assembly station, and final inspection before cartoning. The video shows the in-process and final stages; the incoming stage happens in the parts store before anything reaches the line.
What happens when a unit fails the electrical test?
The unit is pulled from the line, tagged and reworked or scrapped, and the failure is logged against the batch. If a batch shows a pattern, the batch is held rather than shipped with a note.
Do you allow a third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV and Intertek inspections are all accepted, and we book the slot with you once production is 80 percent complete so the inspector sees a full line, not an empty one.
Want this line quoted for your market?
Send the model, the market and the quantity. You get the FOB price band, carton data, the certificate list for that market and a sample date — from the factory that runs the line in the video.
